| Description |
Traditional Thai Foot Massage is seen everywhere in Thailand today and is another primary treatment of Traditional Thai Medicine. Originally dating back thousands of years to Chinese origin, foot massage is incredibly effective for the prevention and relief of diseases throughout the body. Using thumbs, hands and a wooden acupressure tool, massage is applied to the feet and the lower leg. The same theory of energy lines (Sen) is at the foundation of Thai Foot Massage. Reflex points are stimulated on the feet which correspond to the various internal organs and structures of the body. The massage works on these pressure points to free up the flow of energy and to balance function. While Traditional Thai Foot Massage can be effective in the relief of various dysfunctions and disease, it is also a wonderful treatment to promote overall health and to provide a general sense of wellbeing.

| Description |
The Traditional Thai Herbal Compress is a heated muslin parcel of aromatic herbs and spices, which is applied in a systematic massaging fashion to the body. This therapy dates back several centuries in Thailand and remains one of the most unique and remarkable healing therapies available today. The THC is made up of a blend of many medicinal herbs, including plai, ginger, turmeric, tamarind, lemongrass, camphor, kaffir lime and cumin, which are wrapped in muslin cloth and heated with steam. The hot compress is then applied directly to the body with a distinctive kneading action. The Thai herbal compress is an effective stand-alone treatment for the relief of muscle pains and inflammation, for chronic tension and to soften and nourish the skin. It is also a perfect compliment to a Traditional Thai Massage or Siam Blend (Thai Oil Massage).
