  • 1 tablespoon chicken soup

  • 10 sprigs chopped cilantro

  • 1 teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce

  • 1 piece ginger

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1-2 sliced Thai chili pepper

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Bean Sauce

  • 1 clove garlic Optional

Tips and Techniques

  • For kids and those who are not so fond of spicy sauces, sweet dark soy sauce is served with the chicken instead of this sauce.
