All RMT (Registered Massage Therapy) treatments involve a consultation, record-keeping, and preparation time from our highly qualified registered massage therapist to help create optimal treatment customization that caters to your specific needs and concerns. Treatment includes an oil massage designed to relieve stress, promote circulation, reduce pain and tension, treat injuries, and improve overall posture, range of motion, and health.

• Women seeking prenatal massages (Must be in the second or third trimester)

• People who seek long-term chronic pain-relief

Initial Appointment

​

All RMT services require and involve assessment and treatments. Your initial visit will consist of approximately 10-20 minutes of medical history consultation, assessment, and preparation time. The rest of the time will be used towards your treatment; which is all incorporated as part of the appointment time you scheduled. Therefore, it is important to arrive on-time as consultation and assessments are required and will be deducted from the rest of your appointment time for treatment (only applicable for initial visits). At the end of the initial treatment, you may be provided with a recommendation for follow-up treatment and home care instructions.

Please Note:

 

Currently, RMT services are only available in our Langley, North Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, New Westminster, Coal Habour, and Metrotown locations.

Sabai Thai Spa does not do direct billing. We provide a receipt of the service with the RMT registration number for you to claim with your insurance company.

​

Only RMT services can be claimed.  Non-RMT services such as Signature Massages (Thai, Siam Blend & Oil Massage), Facials, Enhancements, & Spa Packages (Pure Serenity, Gentleman's Getaway, Perfect Balance, Pure Bliss, Calm & Glow , True Wellness and Body Bliss Spa Packages) cannot be claimed.
